Return Process

  Carefully place the item in its original Scott James signature packaging, ensuring the security tag remains intact and the piece is well-protected.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
